Job Description

Masters in Refrigeration or Thermal engineering8+ years of experience with minimum 6 years of relevant refrigeration experience working with household / commercial / transport / Other refrigeration units.Expertise on design and validation of Vapor compression systems2+ years of experience in end-to-end Product development experience in the role of Ref EngineerExperience on component level design/selection and system level design of Cooling/Heating productsExperience with system and component level Agency requirements-for thermal subsystems, not limited to but comprising of UL, IEC standardsAcquaintance to component level design simulation tools for components as heat exchangers, metering devicesAcquaintance to system and component level reliability requirements on sealed system or heating components.Good to have alternative refrigeration technologies (Thermoelectric, Absorption systems, Stirling engines etc.) would be an added advantage.Skill sets required:Experience in both HVAC & Refrigeration System Engineering, Design, Analysis, System Balancing, and Troubleshooting.Engineering calculations in heat load analysis.Experience of working with alternate refrigerants.Hand-on with HVAC / Refrigeration units validation, testing in lab and at site/clients place.Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPointExperience of working in phases gate process in NPD environment.Acquaintance to component level design simulation toolsSkills & ExperienceHeat Load Calculations, System Balancing, Thermal Systems Design,
