What this job involves:MIS manager is responsible for driving efficiency related initiatives/goals and initiating best practice sharing at a global level. Identify root causes to improve, productivity and solve complex issues. Experience a wide range of problem solving situations, ranging from short term to strategic to decisions requiring use of data collection and analysis. Ensure efficiency, consistency and timely delivery of reports will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software delivery team, as well as business users, product owners and other stakeholders. Drive the adoption and rollout of agile designs and engineering practices, as well as ensure automated testing, risk management and standardization. Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Possess strong initiative, quantitative skills, creative problem solving and the ability to lead and influence leadership. Must display the ability to deep dive for solutions and insist on delivering the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Data collection / Management - Create and Manage Data collection formats and processes requirement for various data needed internally and externally.Co-ordinate and Collect Project/Financial data from various stakeholders - Internal and External, on regular basis and as per the requirements from time to time.Validate / collate / consolidate and analyze the collected Information/data for reference.Provide technical planning, monitoring and control support to the program managers. Track/monitor the data on regular basis and reconcile with various platforms. Reporting, Documentation and MIS Management - Prepare and Maintain reports/dashboards from the data collected and make it readily available for the Internal and External uses for various purposes.Release reports on monthly, quarterly basis and as desired by the Management from time to time. Maintaining and dissemination information as required by stakeholders.Provide information and revert within TAT on requests for information/support/queries etc. as received.Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple demands on time and deal with dynamically changing requirements.To effectively communicate with stakeholders, should have interest & ability to work on process-improvements initiatives and projects.High attention to detail with the capability to lead multiple, challenging priorities simultaneously while in a high-pressure, high-risk environment.A people s person with the ability to interact with and get support from the operations team.Sounds like you to apply you need to be:Education and experienceBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree in Information Systems, with 5 years experience in business intelligence development, and 3 years experience in the real estate industry. Proficient in Data Management and Data Analytics. Hands-on experience on Data visualization tools like Tableau, Quick Sight or Power BI.Should possess analytical and quantitative skills.Advance expertise in Microsoft Excel Formula etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in similar function.Experience in preparing schedules and managing programs.Have led initiatives at team/skill/site level.A relationship builder Client Satisfaction and cost effectiveness;Continuous improvement in the following:- Morale and satisfaction of employees under management.
