Position Purpose:The person will be responsible for process design & Governance across functions in NTO and if required help in the implementation of the same. The role will require working with functional leadership, sites and Global Operation Centres to identify opportunities and to deliver on them.Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drive Business Process design & definition in conjunction with Global Process owners to capture current and desired Process maps using tools like Adonis. Support the Process Owners in governing the process changes and adherence to process documentation requirements. Support Opex BP in driving performance improvement initiatives by facilitating the implementation of best practices and drive standardization across sites. Support OpEx capability building trainings and coaching s. o Drive OpEx Awareness / Culture building within NTOo Support Preparation / standardization / execution of OpEx trainings based on customer needso Support in mentoring Lean/Continuous improvement project ideas. Assist project teams in establishing process performance indicators/metrics to ensure that projects are operating optimally and meeting customer requirements and internal goals of cost reduction and increased efficiency, effectiveness and regulatory performance. Work within the organization at all levels utilizing a very hands-on approach for creating value and buy-in as a lead change driver. Foster an environment that enables the most efficient and effective work processes to achieve continuous quality and productivity improvements for NTO.EEO Statement Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Graduate Degree in business, finance, or economics & Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt) from an institute or company of repute. Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge European languages would be an advantage. Extensive experience (5-8 years) in managing multi-functional Projects, Programs & change Management with internal and external stake holders . Experience in Business Process Design, Documentation & Governance. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills as well as solid presentation skills. Experience in working in large / MNC companies with global stakeholders preferably in a Consultant role. Excellent communication, people management, stake holders management and leadership skills. Thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma methods required.
