  • Domain: Telecom & OSSTechnology: EMS, NMS, Fault Management, Trouble Ticketing, Service Assurance (vTeMIP, UCA, UTM, Netcool EMC Smart, HP OSS Suite is preferred)Experience: 5 to 8 years (For Intermediate Level)Scripting: Core Java, Java, Perl, Shell,Skills: SNMP, CORBA, XML, SOAP, REST, Linux, AWK, SED, AngularJS, PL/SQL, ETL (Pentaho/others)Python, ITIL processes, Graph DBAdded advantage: TeMIP, UCA, UTM.
  • Work on 24x7 shiftsExperience and Skills Required:Working experience in 24x7 application support.Knowledge of OSS Service Assurance domain and alarm, event flows.Experience in OSS assurance/ fault management products like Netcool, EMC Smarts etc. HPE UCA, HPE OSS will added advantage.Should have strong programming experience in core java and scripting in Shell, Perl and SQL.Experience in Neo4j or any graph database (Neo4j preferred).Experience in Fault management systems for telecommunication operators, multi-customer, multi-vendor, multi-technology environment.Network management protocols knowledge: SNMP, CORBA, XML, TCP/IP, REST, ASCII.To design and implement mediation and integration network elements/EMS/NMSGeneral UNIX administration knowledge, power tools.Proficient in System integration and working with web service/APIs like (SOAP, REST etc.)Experience in designing or integration with various network management and/or Trouble Ticketing tools over standard interfaces (SNMP/ CORBA / XML/ SOAP, etc)Has experience in real time troubleshooting of customers networks against prescribed processes and procedures.Can relate impacting issues and risks to customer and understand their business implications.
