Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesSkills required for the job
    • Pega Certification: Must be Pega CBA certified. Any other Pega certification like the LBA, CPDC,CPMC, CSA or CSSA certification will be a plus as well as any experience with Pega version 8.x are good to have
    • Relevant Experience Range: Must possess at least 3 years of relevant experience acting as a Pega Business Architect
    • Problem Solving: Ability to help problem solve for issues that are broader than the delivered software, e.g. Integration, interconnection and e2e issues in complex integrated stacks.
    • Change Management: Adapt and change team processes and technical practices in a dynamic and challenging environment in order to improve quality and business value.
    • Software Development Concepts: Understands programming concepts and software delivery methodologies primarily Agile.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in English as medium of verbal & written communication
    Experience you would be expected to have
    • Experience in Pega version 8.X is most preferable. CBA certification is a must. Any other Pega certification like the LBA, CPDC, CSA or CSSA certification will be a plus
    • Familiar with multi tenancy and cloud based infrastructure concepts
    • Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
    • Strong understanding of Design Thinking and Pega methodologies including Pega Express Methodology
    • Agile development environment experience and understanding of E2E SDLC used on large scale agile projects
    • Exposure to a variety of technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database concepts
    • Experience in working with multi-functional engineering teams across geo and time zones
    • Experience designing/configuring solutions in Pega in any E-2-E modules (E.g., BIX, SLAs & Case Design, Agents/Listeners, Cosmos and React based UI design, interface API, Report Definitions & dashboard, Process AI, DX API, Authentication etc. only to name a few)
    • Preference and focus on App Studio based development and design
    • In depth knowledge of Atlassian Suite tools (Confluence and Jira) or similar toolset with Agile Ways of Working
    • Skillset in process mining, process modelling, flow charting etc. and respective tools exposure is favoured
