Strong IT and Non ITES Recruitment right from sourcing till joining of the candidate Handling the complete life cycle of recruitment process, from obtaining the job specifications, sourcing & screening resume(through job sites, references/networking, head hunting/mapping, existing database and networking), telephonic screening, scheduling interviews, closure, reference checks, pre/post offer follow up and ensuring smooth on- boarding of candidates.
Assisting HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records, assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
Assisting with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Assist with performance management procedures, Schedule meetings, interviews.
