Job Description

In this role, you will leadthe product/platform direction right from its inception,drivefunctionaldesign for various end-user scenarios,andwill be responsible for a seamlesse2e user experience of a verticalto meetthecustomer and partner needs. You will collaborate across boundaries with internal and external partners to create compelling first and third-party integrations that demonstrate the value of theproduct/platformin business processes and experiences. You will lead the program management workstreamsand projectsas we build the business that can unlock a new wave of thought leadership, cloud adoption, business models and value creation.

  • Lead anddeliver platform and solution initiatives for an industry vertical. Having experience in creating v1 products instartups/incubation will be of advantage.
  • Drive partnership and collaboration with internal products/services and external partners on both technology and solution front.
  • Great communication and interpersonal connection skills including proven ability to work within a matrixed organization, executives as well as international teams to build a unified strategy and drive clarity on goals.
  • Collaborate across diverse set of stakeholders (engg.,business development,product marketing, sales, customer support, customer advisor, etc.) to deliver therightvalue-propforthe platform.
  • Strong organizational and people leadership skills and the ability to look around corners and proactively lead the team. A diverse and inclusive view of employees such that he/she enables and inspires, attracts, develops, and retains people to do their best work on the team.
  • Deliver high-quality technical functional specifications, model information architecture and user experience, specifications forscale and performance KPIs, andprioritize and scope investments.
  • Drive and manage milestone release activities, quality gates, product documentation, self-hosting, feature validation by customer cohort, business KPIs, etc.
  • Nurture a team culture that fosters an inclusive environment growth mindset and customer obsession.

  • 12+ years of Product/Program Managementexperience shippingmultipleenterprisescaleproductor platformto external customers.
  • 8+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record ofshippingmultipleenterprise scale cloud-based products that is highly available, secure, and reliable.Having a start-up experience is an added advantage.
