This group is responsible for building and maintaining software services & applications for deal estimation and software delivery management.We are looking for a smart, well organized, and highly motivated PM Manager to lead the Program and Product Management team. The role has direct people management responsibility with Program Managers as part of the team managing a portfolio of applications.The ideal candidate has a product mindset and is focused on solving end user and business problems keeping the user experience as priority and capable of developing collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across Microsoft.

• Lead a team of Program Managers driving product vision and definition (as well as key success criteria), arriving at business outcomes and roadmap definition, defining system roadmap required to meet core business outcomes, and creating high quality features and user stories to deliver on those outcomes.
• Driving customer-focused engineering by planning and designing improvements based upon customer feedback.

• Define, drive, prioritize, and specify functional scenarios for platform features.
• Partner across the business and engineering teams to develop capabilities that drive success for the field users.

• Provide thought leadership on how scenarios and features will be implemented across multiple systems and organizations.
• Provide thought leadership to the engineering team building key functionality, working with customers to get feedback, and iterating to improve
• Engage in continuous product planning cycle to drive next wave planning while keeping pulse on execution and stepping in to provide value as needed.
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with other application teams.
• Guide the team of PMs on modern engineering principles developing agile mindset to help continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent is preferred.

• Is responsible for his or her team meeting or exceeding on-time, on-budget and quality targets.

• Drive his or her team to deliver successfully on the assigned programs and supporting appropriately through the deployment and ensure proper business value while maintaining high end user satisfaction.
• Ensures that his or her team has processes and tools in place to ensure meeting solution end goals.
• Provides input and feedback to the team, based on observations, feedback coming in from users and personal expertise, on how to ensure quality engineering and drive their career development.
• Work with Vendor/Suppliers to structure efficient and productive delivery teams.

• 10+ years of product management experience with a good understanding of developing large scale enterprise applications.
• Overall 15+ of engineering or IT consulting experience.
• Proven experience to lead and manage and deliver a project or portfolio of projects to meet the business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong People Management ability supporting Microsoft values.
• Problem solving and escalation management, Innovation and leadership and Executive Maturity.
• Demonstrate expertise in cross-cultural communication and openness in interactions with diverse cultural groups.
