Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forProduct Business AnalystSkills Required:
    1. Experience in creating User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Test Cases. Initiatives from inception to successful solutions; front-line End User interviews and assessments.
    1. Proficient in interacting with Customers, Users, Product Owner, Internal Stakeholders to gather and document user requirements and convert to technical requirements.
    1. Experience in developing Business Use Cases, User Stories creating Screen Mock-ups (with UI designer), conducting Gap Analysis.
    1. Experience in gathering (user) functional requirements using various requirements modeling and Azure, JIRA, ServiceNow, UML tools including MS office and MS Visio etc.
    1. Proficient in Technical and Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modelling, Business Analysis methodologies.
    1. Highly motivated team player with excellent Interpersonal and Customer Relational Skills.
    Nice to have skills:
    1. Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions and cross business domain within the aviation ground operations (aircraft turnaround, airport safety-security, Manpower Planning / Rostering / Allocation etc.).
    1. Analytical, strategic and out-of-the-box thinking skills.
    1. Analyze the features and stories for the impacts gaps and dependencies.
    1. Understanding of technical details (API backend front end) and system interactions.
    1. Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
    1. Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes.
    1. Implement, control, and evaluate calling strategies.
    Experiences:
    1. Minimum 5+ years related experience
    1. Proven work experience as a Business Analyst
    1. Aviation domain experience is an advantage
