Job Description Responsible for callinginsurance companies in US on behalf of physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable RCM (Revenue Cycle Management). Calling Insurance agents on claims resolutions and handling the denials for a closure Appropriate documentation of the claims is required on Client Software Understand Client requirements and specifications of the project Ensure targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to Quality Standards Ensure follow up on Pending Claims Prepare and maintain a status reports Roles & Responsibilities: Desired Profile Basic Keyboard skills and a knowledge on MS Office Candidate should be willing to work in Night shift in different US time Zones Knowledge on insurance classes (Federal, State, Commercial & Liability) Good Communication, analytical & resolution skills Willingness to learn and work as a team Qualifications: Qualification and Experience Education Experience UG/PG Graduation with any Stream with excellent Oral and written communication skills in English Experience in Account receivable 0 - 2 years only on US Healthcare,
