Ltd.!Were hiringa production supervisorfor our client is a pharmaceutical company that manufactures a complete range of preservatives and sunscreen chemicals for the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.What we are looking for:The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the companys products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.Qualification:Bachelors / Masters degree in Pharma or Chemistry.Experience:2 to 5 years of production supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries.Location:HyderabadRoles and responsibilities:
    • Ensure the machinery is functional.
    • Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards.
    • Lead team members track metrics.
    • Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
    • Understanding, updating, and maintaining manufacturing documents like BMR, BPRs, & VMP.
    • Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipments.
    • Internal audits
    • Following health and safety standards.
    • Record maintenance; data archiving.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Bachelors / Masters degree in Pharma or Chemistry.
    • 2 - 5 year Production Supervisory experience in Pharma/Chemical Industry.
    • Working experience on GLR, SSR, ANFD etc.
    • Basic Knowledge in Word, Excel.
