It involves interactions with stake holders spread across the globe, spanning from the IP teams, architects, Methodology teams, SoC functions. Involves high number of interactions, strong understanding of multi-functional groups within SoC and IPs, methodologies is a must. Involves lot of proactive decision making to drive the program goals. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and a team lead and player.Experience: 10+ years.Responsibilities:

  1. Work jointly with engineering teams to develop and manage custom silicon projects.
  2. Help engineering teams communicate project status to internal stake holders across the company.
  3. Work closely with partners on product development schedules, dependencies and budgets.
  4. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
  5. Interface between partners and engineering teams, setting and managing schedules and milestones of IP/SoC. Making sure all stakeholders (e.g. IP teams) are aligned, and tracking the schedule /deliverable quality metrics.
  6. Monitoring the key project KPIs, conducting milestone reviews, generating weekly reports, conducting weekly reviews, IP reviews, global sync meetings, raising monitoring risks, tracking issues to closure.
Ideal candidate should have worked as PM of SOC design and development for few programs or handled multiple projects as PM in one or more SoC functions like rtl/dv/pd/dft .
