As an organization we strongly believe in a people-centric approach with emphasis on employee engagement and work-life balanceShow More Key responsibilities1 As a Knowledge Analyst within Maersk s M&A Post Merger Integration team, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets on Integrations/PMI, and Joint Ventures topics (PMI Playbooks, Project Tools / Toolkit, training, PMI insights etc.). 2 You will help enhance Maersk s in-house PMI capabilities, continually refining/Improving a standard playbook and toolkit that drives a repeatable process, centred on a rigorous merger integration planning and execution methodology that is relentlessly focused on value creation.3 You will be involved in discussions with all functional heads (Finance, HR, IT/Tech, Legal, Procurement, ) to support the development of their PMI playbooks.4 You will help to codify, organize and maintain the knowledge that enables Maersk to deliver M&A integration success (including PMI training).5 You will be acquainted with Maersk s PMI approach to problem solving, teamwork, and integration engagements and gain valuable work experience.You will be based in our Pune office and work as part of the Business Finance department6 YOULL WORK WITH - Maersk is on a transformation journey to become the global integrator of container logistics, connecting, and simplifying customers supply chains.
