Job Description

Be a part of this dynamic team where you will be providing a centralized, standardized and independent testing service for all engineering releases. Our objective is to ensure we provide consistent value to our clients and improve the overall quality of engineering releases. Functional Automation Tester role is responsible for modernizing and refining of test automation suit with vision of innovation by using various automation tools and frameworks for our applications and infrastructure. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to write automated tests
  • Detailed understanding of common defect and data-management tools
  • Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies
  • Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals
  • Proficiency in a business function, and some understanding of the broader business context
  • Seven or more years of relevant experience
    • Good Knowledge on Test Automation Tools (Selenium, Unified Functional Testing, SoapUI) and Services testing tools (SOAP UI, Jmeter, Postman)
    • Good Knowledge on Test Framework Design for Web Application, Mobile Applications and Desktop Applications (Hybrid, Cucumber, Apium, Data Driven, Behavior Driven Development)
    • Good Knowledge on Scripting Language (Java, Visual Basic, Python, Groovy)
    • Good Knowledge on Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Tools (Jules/Jenkins) and Build Management Tool - Maven
    • Good Knowledge on Source/configuration management Tools- GIT/ BitBucket
    • Strong Problem Isolation and Analytical Skills
