Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for several administrative tasks around recruitment. Among others: -Assist Recruitment Specialist in creation of reports - post all advertisement as agreed with local HR - post all new jobs in the Parexel recruitment system - enter all CVs into Parexel recruitment system - arranging interviews - book travel arrangements for candidates - send e-mail with the new position (internal posting) - booking meeting rooms for interviews - Sending interview confirmation to the candidateReference checks,drives bookings and coordination.Qualifications * Job Qualifications 1+ years administrative experience, ideally with one years experience within a busy and progressive HR environment. - Experience in the use databases, ideally a HR database - Flexible and change orientated - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Client focused approach to work and commercially aware. - A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. - Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritize workload with attention to detail. - Willingness to work with multiple supervisors in a matrix environment, and to value the importance of teamwork. - IT literate Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions. - Fluent in English (verbal and written),
