Maintain the health and profitability of the portfolio, Collection of the dues on the due dates, cross selling of various products of the bank, maintaining the good rapport and relationship with other stake holders etcKey Performance Area/Duties & Responsibilities
    • Sourcing of new customers for Agri and MSME business
    • Onboarding of sourced accounts
    • Cross sell of liability, insurance and retail asset products
    1. Sourcing of New Accountsa. Sourcing of the potential agri and MSME customers from the branch network assigned and mappedb. Referral based activity by engaging with the existing and new customer basec. Achievement of allocated sourcing budget in terms of numbers & valued. Comply with the regulatory requirements for classifying the customer as per the guidelines2. Customer Onboardinga. Timely onboarding of new customers to bank by ensuring the defined turnaround timeb. Activating transactions in the account and service the customer on a regular basis3. Portfolio Managementa. Every relationship sourced is to be managed by the RM throughout the life of the relationship4. Cross Sella. Increase wallet-share by cross-selling & up sellingb. Seek the support of Insurance / retail loans / SME loans / other teams for cross sellingc. convert CSB accounts as primary accounts of customers5. Othersa. Ensure consistent customer experience at all touch pointsb. Be professional & courteous in communication - telephone, email, letter and in persond. Understand products & prevailing industry practices and trends and suggest system /process changes required, to respective verticals6. Compliancea. Ensure KYC compliance while account opening, so that exceptions are nil and account is opened with minimum TATb. Ensure proper customer awareness of the features of the product so that mis-selling does not occur7.Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the BankRegards,HR Team
