Overall Purpose of the Job--To build a high quality SME portfolio for the bank by managing the existing clients and also acquiring new relationships from the marketKey AreasSourcing new business for the bank comprising fund based and non-fund based facilities.Maximize wallet share of the existing clients and ensure that all the parameters in terms of housekeeping is met. Detect early warning signals and prevent slippagesFacilitate review and renewal of existing limits by coordinating with the Credit Analyst, Cluster Head and Credit HubCross sell of various products and services of the bank and third party products to increase fee incomeEstablish close rapport with the clients and various other stakeholders in the internal and external ecosystemMake regular visits to the various touch points of the client including offices, factories, shops and other establishments
