Studio+91 is microcosm of Microsoft with teams working across Edge, Bing, Office, OneDrive and SharePoint, Notes and Tasks, Azure, etc. forming and contributing diverse perspectives to the product experiences.We are looking for a talented designer who exhibits user empathy, big picture focus; and has mature design craftsmanship and problem-solving skills, who will work collaboratively with UX researchers, product managers and engineers while driving design from concept to final implementation.Responsibilities: You will work with fellow designers, research, product, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our customers love. You will conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues. You are a conceptual thinker as well as a craftsperson. Your design work is clean, focused and inspiring to others. You will also collaborate with a dedicated and passionate multidisciplinary team to ship high quality experiences, in an agile environment. You must be able to communicate and collaborateacross disciplines and articulate your design solutions across the team with a high level of influence and impact., Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in the technology industry conducting User research, with a proven track record of driving tangible outcomes with product teams Educational qualification that is either an advanced degree in Psychology, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Social sciences or related fields, with significantindustry experience. Strong understanding of & experience with a broad range of research methodologies, their pros/ cons and their application during different phases of product development. Have an entrepreneurial zeal to get things done & figure out ways to translate research insights into product experiences. Proven ability to work within tight timelines and with excellent projectmanagement skills. Track record of collaborating across disciplines (design, engineering) to drive change into products; must be able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.GOOD TO HAVE Hands-on experience with Quantitative research with inferential statistics, metric analysis Designing user experiences, knowledge of UI design principles, ability to prototype Keen interest in/ follow the world of Business news & start-ups
