SALARY: upto 5 LPA LOCATION : Hyderabad, Telangana, INDIA VACANCIES: 1 QUALIFICATION: Any graduate MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years JOB DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for someone with both bright ideas to help form decisions regarding design and improvements to our system; and an innate ability to execute and implement, turning ideas into reality. This role requires strong technical skills across domains, as well as good communication, collaboration and influencing skills. Responsibilities range from analyzing systems and technologies as well as leading commercial solutions resources through vision, design and execution. A person in this role will serve as an advisor and resident technical expert in technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Salesforce IoT and Marketing Cloud. Main Responsibilities: Provide objective and unbiased analysis, balancing short and long-term objectives, customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities Provide technical leadership including connected IoT innovation, mobile, Azure and technical marketing campaigns Work with Business Analysts, Data Architects and others to analyzing business requirements, specifications and technical design documents to define the optimal IoT solution Build scalable systems and services for managing millions of devices connected to Azure IoT Deliver scalable, robust, and simple software solutions to solve complex business problems Build and develop web services to support various integration points Implement new features and optimize existing ones to deliver maximum performance Resolve high priority defects Collaborate and communicate with team members, project managers and at times, internal customers Attend regular planning meetings and daily stand-ups; encourage successful team delivery of results Participate in design, deployment, testing and deployment activities Create and maintain documentation Write automated tests and execute manual tests Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements Desired Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer 3+ years of experience partnering with business leaders to develop technical strategies, architectures and roadmaps to support their objectives 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following skill sets: XML, JavaScript, JSON. Demonstrate proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming language (Apex, Java, .Net) Experience working with data types, algorithms, analysis and design Experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services (SOAP and REST) Experience working across multiple platforms and development languages Programming experience as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others Experience with working on fast-paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, configuration and development. Salesforce.com Developer Certification or Platform Developer I Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification or Platform Developer II Any of the Design or Architecture certifications 1+ years of experience integrating business processes across disparate systems such as: API, ETL, Message bus and ESB. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate and negotiate with both technical and non-technical audience Strong initiative and personal accountability. Degree Required: BE/ B.
