Job Description

  • Strong experience in SAP BASIS administration on ECC, BW, BOBJ, SLT, HANA, NetWeaver Gateway and Solution Manager
  • Must have experience working with SAP installations, upgrades (SAP version, EHP, SPS, Kernel, SUM), maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting of issues and tuning and optimization.
  • Installation includes SAP R/3, BW, BOBJ, GW, SLT, HANA, Net weaver, SSO, Net Weaver components, NLS, SAP IQ, Content server, Open text add-on and Solution Manager
  • Experience on SAP large implementation projects including full testing life-cycle and post go-live support
  • Should be able to perform both release and Support Package Stack upgrades for ABAP and JAVA SSO, SSL configuration, resolving certification issues
  • Should have experience/knowledge in Solution Manager 7.2 along with basic setup and technical monitoring
  • Good experience/knowledge on OS Windows/Linux administration, VMware virtualization, NAS/SAN storage, failover clustering, SAN replication, and other high availability technologies
  • Experience working with middleware, integration and web technologies for SAP solutions
  • Proven track record in evaluation / recommendation of new SAP system components, solutions, releases, or upgrades
  • Experience in handling Incidents, Change Management and Problem Management, Release management
  • Good Knowledge on TMS and Print administration and experience in Rev-Trac tool is an added advantage
  • Monitor and manage the servers, background jobs, performance of the system
  • Refresh of non-prod systems on a regular manner and knowledge on TDMS will be added advantage
  • Analyzing Dumps, System Logs and Performance related Issues and fine-tuning the relevant Parameters
