RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges - Cultivate strong relationships with Client s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) to Proactively forecast & mitigate, guide on Best Practises - Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results - Produce documentation for projects - Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client - 24X5 Shift Support working - Should have worked on large & complex enhancement(s). - Key Accountabilities to support SAP ECC in the below areas - FI GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cash & Bank, Budgeting,Taxation, WHT, GST, Provisioning, New GL with Document Splitting - CO - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Business Areas IO, COPC, COPA, Apportionment, Budget controls - Treasury & Forex - Integration with SD, MM, PP, PS - Accounting for Contract Manufacturers, Contract Packegers, 3rd Party Logistics REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree, Preferably a CA, MBA (Fin) - SAP ECC implementation & Support experience - Should have done 2-4 Onsite implementation and or Onsite Support projects in MNC Manufacturing / Supply Chain environment. NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE: - 4- 6 years + as SAP FICO Consultant - Domain experience in FICO - Onsite Experience with MNC Client(s) - SAP FI certification: preferable - Mandatory SAP implementation & Support experience with Multi-country MNC - Integration /interfacing with SAP ABAP, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, PI/PO. - Solid organizing and planning skills for deliverables. - Good priority setting and delegation skills. - Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation Reporting and communication skills.Job Segment: SAP, ERP, ABAP, MBA, Technology, Management ,
