Job Title: SAP HR Technical ConsultantSAP HR ABAP technical experience with 5 to 7 years with knowledge of APJ countries. Essential to have minimum 3 end to end implementation experience along with Webdynpro and Fiori experience. Knowledge of standard SAP business practices Knowledge of all the HCM business processes is essential Knowledge of employee life cycle and payroll process Knowledge of data migration and interface to Third Party Vendors. Knowledge of SAP reporting and Adhoc query etc Knowledge of writing functional specifications Knowledge of setting up test scenarios and test scripts Knowledge of XI/Webdynpro/workflow is must Knowledge of euHReka work space Ability to configure IMG tables based on the client requirements. Ability to provide all feasible solutions based on the client requirements with advantages and disadvantages and provide recommendation based on the industry best practice. Serves as liaison between business customers and systems areas. Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills. Able to work with different time zones Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.Essential: 5 to 7 years of SAP HCM ABAP APJ countries Payroll. The candidate must have worked on a minimum of 3 end to end SAP HCM implementations or Support projects Business Knowledge of various HCM processes. Should be able to work with the customer independentlyResponsibilities: Ensuring we are able to turn around change requests in a timely fashion Ensuring we have a set process and that you understand how Change Requests are evaluated and priced across all clients Ensuring we have a good pricing model for CRs with an appropriate margin Should be billing the majority of their time to CR work 65%+ Look for opportunities to develop Automation for HRO Develop/Utilize Communication and sharing channels between team members to build the capability of the organization (Onedrive/Yammer/Video) Look for opportunities to develop training plan for HRO Develop Client/HRO/Stakeholders Relation ship Follow Established Processes - Change Management Processes/Firecall Request Improve Ticket wise CSAT score Build Operations testing capabilities for Incident and CRs. Increase throughput of Changes and INCs awaiting HRO testing Assist in Development of Checklists/Framework for typical changes Enable End to End Payroll automation - oncycle and offcycle. Create Best Practice Documents Recommend Process improvements Participate in Code review for complex tickets,
