Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader, an FTE position in Global security based out of Hyderabad. The position shall be responsible for day to day physical security operations to include Fire and life safety, guard force management, investigations, incident handling, access control and CCTV operations. The position calls for positive attitude with inclination to identify appropriate security solutions in a highly demanding and dynamic environment often without supervision. As a Team Leader, you must have problem solving approach and adequate foresight to conduct and deliver operational excellence in all facets of physical security domain.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Global Security to Employees, Business and other stakeholders
  • Oversight over day to day Guard force deployment, administration, trainings and operations
  • Drive Fire and Life Safety programme of the company including periodic checks, conduct of emergency drills, FLS training to staff and Floor Wardens
  • Manage and administer vendor service provider including periodic meetings and follow up.
  • Responsible to Manage Inventory and ensure optimum efficiency of security apparatus all the times
  • Generate timely reports, documentation and update the GS SharePoint as per the timelines
  • Correct invoicing for the services rendered by the vendor
  • Assist Technical Team in Access Control Hardware health checks to ensure optimum operational health of equipment at all the times
  • Coordinate with India Security Service Centre on daily basis to monitor alarm patterns and help reduce alarms through RCA
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliances and be a SPOC to Auditors etc.
  • Ensure close coordination and assistance with other functions for any effort, including but not limited to risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, incident response, directives/guidelines.
  • Keep track of security threats to the company and carry out periodic Location Threat Assessment
Skills sets and Experience
  • Good spoken and written communication skills (Both in English, Hindi and Telugu (preferably))
  • Motivated, spirited with desire for innovation and accepting new challenges
  • Reasonable experience and exposure to security operations in corporate but not a bar for candidates with right qualification and attitude
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Should be bold to think unconventional and out of the box
  • Report making and documentation skills
  • Tech Savvy and comfortable with use of SharePoint and other MS office tools
