Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for Die Design for sheet metal panel in 3D Repsonsible for 3d Process Layout Repsonsible for ECN Feasibility Repsonsible for Supplier Design Approvals Responsible for DFM (Formability,Skin evaluation,Spring back,Compensation) for sheet metal Panels Responsible for formability Simulation & process plan Repsonsible for First time right with Virtual vs actual Correlation & its enhancement Reposnsible for project monitiring till tooling kick off signoff Repsonsible for Clay model,Studio surface data feedback wrt die design Responsible for lesson learned closures at SE Stage Joint coordination with core team, Location CME team & other group companies for sheet metal expertize sharing Responsible for CEOs assigned activitiesKey deliverables - First-time right tryout & installation Process & Die Design Approvals TKO Data maturity wrt to feasibile die design Preferred Industries Automobile Education Qualification Diploma in T&D design/Diploma in Tool & Die Making Critical Experience Autofrom,Catia,Autocad software expert.
