Job Description

Software Sales Enablement Sr. AnalystProduct Group BI & analytics enables 3rd Party Software Monetization team with product performance tracking, forecasting unit s growth, reporting performance at site, segment, manager and sales representative level. Advanced analytics requisite as account churn analysis, ROI for SPIFF and Contest.The OEM Software Sales Enablement Sr. Analyst identifies, designs, and executesprograms to produce sales results. This individual is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining on-going relationships with sales leadership, Inside Sales Reps, and customers. This person will build and execute sales enablement plans that satisfy partner needs, customer needs, and Dell needs. At the direction of the OEM Software Regional Sales Lead, they will participate in the development of strategic business plans to support OEM Software Sales within their designated Sales Segment(s).Key Responsibilities Planning

  • Work with OEM Software Regional Sales Lead to define both business level and site level goals and strategy
  • Support Singapore & Malaysia CSB & MB Teams with a scope of expansion in additional countries
  • Obtain alignment on the established plans & cascade messaging to the sales teams as appropriate
  • Identify and present segment specific new business initiatives to Regional Sales Lead and Global Brand Managers in cases where incremental funding / activities would result in incremental software units and/or profitability growth
Participation / Visibility
  • Attend all Leadership meetings & team specific meetings as needed
  • Work with the sales leadership to gain support as well as time with the teams (huddles, demos)
  • Ensure floor presence is in alignment with strategic goals and initiatives (focus weeks with specific teams, etc.)
Execution
  • Provide superior sales support and position self as software subject matter expert
  • Manage product demos, floor walks, brown bags
  • Responsible for pipeline management and reviews; calling out with reps on large client deals where OEM software is missing
  • Responsible for the safekeeping of rep incentives (promotional product, etc.)
Essential Requirements
  • Broad knowledge within a multitude of disciplines: Dell specific software solutions, segment specific processes and practices, as well as Dell sales tools and digital fulfilment process
  • Total 8+ Years experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Business or any degree related to the area;
Desirable Requirements
  • Candidate should have played a role where he/she has been accountable for delivery within a business area
  • Dealt with multiple stakeholders as part of work delivery, worked in large cross functional teams
