Job Description

Education:Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or related computer field.Experience Range:Minimum 5-8 Years of experience . Min 3 Yrs experience insurance domainProfessional Experience/ Skill

Responsibilites:
  • Requirements are core of any BAs role. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
  • Clearly defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.
  • Requirements management (plan and monitor) and communication to the stakeholders.
  • Preparation of BRD with right translation, and simplification of the requirements.
  • Elicitation of requirements by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas by following the software development lifecycle.
  • Determine testability of requirements with evaluation, problem definition, and proposed solutions.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions with the help of Use case diagram, wireframes, flowcharts, layouts, charts and presentation.
  • Help and guide the UAT team in scenario designing, reviewing the scenarios and test cases, conducting UAT.
  • Help organizing meetings with the stakeholders
  • Status reporting (to the project team and Business teams) and following up with Stakeholders.
  • Continuously contribute to team performance improvement and collaboration
Technical knowledge:
  • Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of tools like Visio, Balsamiq, SmartDraw, MS Office Suites, Google Docs
  • Good knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams, TFS.
  • Good Data Base (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/MS Access) and SQL knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Webservices (RESTful, SOA), micro-services development.
  • Good experience in understanding of Android and iOS developer environment and related frameworks.
