Responsibilities Participate in implementations of Model N systems as a member of the Professional Services BA/QA Team. Participate in requirements gathering and documentation. Participate in performing gap analysis between system and requirements. Participate in developing solutions for gaps. Participate in testing the requirements Assist customers with understanding the system. Provide consultation and support when needed to Professional Services colleagues. Job Qualifications: Work experience of 5 to 7 years. Experience with business process modeling and process improvement is desired. Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Siebel, Oracle, etc.) implementations is preferred. Working knowledge of databases, application servers, Java. Programming experience is not required. Knowledge about Testing methodologies and processes. Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverable on time Ability to effectively change design and development approaches as the business requirements dictate. Good Communication, Presentation & Documentation skills, Email Etiquette.
