Your work will be important in helping more people understand our incredible commitment to bring transformative medicines to more people worldwide Your key responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Play a key role in driving engagement with the communications partners through the creation and timely delivery of content that demonstrates the value that the communications partners have asked for. Align with the Novartis and C&E priorities, manage the content flow and agree appropriate channels and frequency. Develop a standardized process for collection, consolidation and approval of content. Support the communications partners across C&E in defining the purpose, creating and/or consolidating content. Deliver materials and toolkits that demonstrate quality and understanding of target audience needs contributing to a positive customer experience. Ensure content, messaging and plans are aligned with the overall Novartis and Global Communications and Engagement strategy, messaging and brand guidelines. Look for new and innovative processes to simplify, standardize and drive efficient content operations activities that are most relevant and accessible for stakeholders. Collaborate with communicators from the beginning. Assist with campaign planning, conceptualizing and ensure timely delivery. Contribute to a high-performing team, with excellent quality standards and a collaborative attitude to achieve business objectives.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: MBA or University degree in relevant area (strategic communications, marketing, change communications, organizational development). Minimum of 7+ years in senior marketing, communications or strategy position at a global level across diverse cultures with strong focus on internal communication/change. Demonstrated understanding of the drivers of effective employee engagement and experience in running engagement programs.
