Comfortable presenting compelling design stories and journeys across various types of audiences and stakeholdersBachelors Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Arts, Information Design, or equivalent education or experiencePassion for design and a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilitiesProven experience in creatively solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research, and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines.Enthusiasm for an iterative design process and human cantered designFluent in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPointExcellent prototyping skills - the more tools you know the better (Protopie, Figma, XD, nVision, Flinto, Framer, Processing, Unity, writing code).Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detailAbility to think creatively and critically about design problemsReal passion for typography, visual systems and simplicityShown ability to synthesize design solutions from ambiguous concepts
