Our software systems include services that handle thousands or requests per second and make decisions to pay billions of dollars a year and ensure that transportations liabilities and revenues are correctly accounted for.What will you help us create This role will help automate and optimize existing intake processes across TFS functions (tech/non-tech) to reduce reliance on spreadsheets and improve SIM management prioritization, reporting and tracking footprint. You will partner with TPMs, Product Managers and Business Partners to define and support new request with functional documentations as part transport domain reviews and help leverage technology to build new capabilities in the areas of transport finance manifest and invoice payment management. You will be closely working with L7+ tech and business leaders across finance and WW Transportation org in setting up these processes.The Ideal Candidate:The right candidate will possess proven program management skills, will demonstrate experience leading complex process and projects. You are expected to be versatile and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You are not hindered by managing competing priorities and are able to bring order to ambiguous scenarios. The program manager will dive deep to build metrics defining trends, prioritize opportunities and build the systems to deliver to defined goals. Successful candidates will be analytical, highly-organized, accustomed to working with technical teams, able to bridge the gap between business and tech, clear communicators, and interested in getting deep into the details of our business. We deal with problems of scale. Billions of dollars of spend is automated through our platforms and pipelines. We are a very fast growing org and we aggressively ramping up our team across all engineering and program roles., 5+ years of experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects Experience in cross-functional roles and a proven track record of delivering successful programs in complex environments 5+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- local and global stakeholders Education or certification background such as; MBA, PhD, Six Sigma or Lean Techniques Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management Experience with commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained Exposure in driving data based decisions, root cause analysis and resolutions.
