Job Description

Organization Summary:PRSS (Product Release Security Services) run a set of integrated, intelligent, and secure services to ingest, protect, and distribute Microsoft products at scale. We are responsible for Signing, Product Key Management, Anti-malware Scanning, Archiving/Distributing, and Releasing for Microsoft products and services. We are part of Entertainment and Devices Division and the services we provide have a company-wide impact, and there is a great opportunity to collaborate across multiple product groups within the company. The Product Release and Security Services Team in E+D, provides security services and digital supply chain management across a wide range of Microsoft hardware and software products, including Windows, O365 and Azure.Roles and Responsibilities:You will be part of a team that is building large-scale services. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of end-to-end customer scenarios in partnership with the development team and deep engagements with customers and community
  • Development of analytics capabilities, driving business insights and market analysis.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have technical and analytical skills, excellent cross-group collaboration, and passion for customers. You should also have a track record of delivery, preferably in a product division.
  • Finally, you should be able to demonstrate technical depth, creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas.
, Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ Years of experience in technical program management or product management.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a high-energy team.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, OR equivalent industry experience
  • Strong technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principles and architecture design
  • Hands-on coding experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and/or Google Compute Platform
