To accomplish our mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Resilience Analyst to focus on our operations in India to assist in the efforts to develop, maintain, update and report on business continuity plans and provide crisis management support.This position will assist in maintaining Salesforce s global business continuity program including our evergreen business impact analysis while continuing to meet and/or beat industry standards, all compliance requirements, and internal and external customer expectations. The Senior Resilience Analyst will assist in maintaining and exercising our regional incident and crisis management programs and will support the leaders during a response to incidents impacting our Salesforce employees and customers and/or operations.This position resides in the Safety, Security, and Resilience, Center of Excellence in GS&S which is responsible for the Global Operation Centers, Health & Safety, Security Operations, and Resilience programs. The successful candidate for this role will be expected to serve in an on-call rotation for incident response. This position may travel up to 30% within India.The Senior Resilience Analyst will report to the Senior Manager Resilience for APAC & Japan and will be tasked with:

• Assisting with implementation and maintenance of the business continuity program with a focus on India to ensure the reduction of business continuity risks
• Providing subject matter advice to the business in line with the global program and methodology on business continuity
• Ensuring the India business completes the regular BCP review cycle in compliance with the Resilience policy and the Business Continuity standard
• Facilitating and assisting with the business impact analysis during the regular BCP review cycle
• Facilitating exercises including Global and Regional BCPs as they relate to India
• Identifying and reporting gaps and risks to the Senior Manager Resilience including possible mitigation strategies
• Being the Resilience Team point of contact for the India Senior Leadership Team
• Liaising with India Business Continuity Plan Owners and teams during incidents
• Documenting and working through the closing and completion of action items captured throughout the business continuity process, from development to audit/maintenance, to exercising
• Assisting with providing evidence requested for certifications, internal and external auditors
• Assisting with incident/crisis response coordination (24x7) for all types of hazards impacting the Salesforce employees, customers, and operations with a focus on India
• Assisting in situational reporting and analysis through multiple channels relating to Business Continuity
• Coordinating response activities and situation reports for regional incidents or crisis response

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in the field of business continuity and incident management
• Strong project management skills and experience
• Experience in auditing/compliance of programs
• Exceptional writing, research, and analysis skills
• Personal characteristics should include self motivations, good organizational skills, and strong communications skills, including writing and presentation skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field (Emergency Management, Project Management, Policy, etc.) or relevant life experience
• Desire to learn, grow and innovate

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Certified Business Continuity Professional
• Experience analyzing and reporting on complicated and detailed data sets
