We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Software Engineer Manager who is passionate about driving world class engineering solutions for SAP Professional Services team, collaborate with SAP on future direction.A fast paced and dynamic team environment will engage and energize your ability to solving complex business problems and provide an opportunity to be part of exciting business transformation.Software engineer (Functional Analyst) is accountable for solution design, working with other Microsoft Digital team members, businesses partners, product groups, and IT teams to ensure that ERP solutions are delivered aligned to the technology roadmaps which support the business roadmaps and future business motions.SAP Software engineer must quickly establish the trust and confidence of our business partners by developing:

• Deep understanding of System landscape & Business process knowledge
• Support the business lines by addressing the pain points and leveraging the opportunities to improve systems and processes
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key Business users to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions
• Demonstrate ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes from Microsoft and industry.
• Provide problem-solving, technical innovation, and attention to detail.

The SAP Software engineer (Functional Analyst) must possess detailed working knowledge of Standard ERP and Best in Class for respective module and surrounding process areas. Independently drive for results and consistently meet deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines. Work with a diverse team of Solution designer, Dev, Test and Support resources and consultants across multiple disciplines.The Microsoft implementation of SAP is a large-scale enterprise solution featuring SAP ECC (FI/CO, SD and HR modules), SAP SCM (APO, SNP, EM, DP, EM), GTS, PS, BODS & BW This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that are motivated to grow their careers in SAP and Microsoft technologies. The individuals hired for the positions will implement SAP system solutions across various modules.Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the requirements gathering, guide discussions by representing standard Project Systems functionality and how these can be leveraged more.
• Deliver required functionality according to Microsoft standards, align with roadmaps for key strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Domain Architects and other Solution Designers to ensure both excellence in design and delivery.
• Detail design of the E2E solution -Utilize reference architecture in project design work.
• Enhance the project capabilities by continuous improvements & innovation; develop strong partnership with business and other groups globally
• Understand and improve processes/interfaces with SAP s upstream and downstream applications.
• Solution review of Partner led delivery to ensure the solution fits into PS roadmap and quality of deliverables
• Build Test Automation for all processes to enable quality deliverables and quicker deployments
• Enable Telemetry for all processes to identify issues for proactive resolution and continuous improvements
• Support Domain Architects in the definition of solution and technology roadmaps and industry standards
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key Business users to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• 10 -12 years of hands on SAP ERP Implementation experience on large scale projects for enterprise businesses
• 8+ Years of Hands on Design and Configuration experience in the following modules: SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Resource Related Billing (RRB), Milestone & Periodic Billing and SAP Flexible Solution Billing.
• Strong SAP SD-FI & SD-PS integration knowledge
• Experience in services business processes
• Experience in agile / Devops development methodologies

Preferred Requirements:

• SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft integration technologies
• SAP Tax integration experience with an external system
• ABAP Development Experience and SAP Business Rules Framework (BRF+)
• Ability to communicate functional SAP strategies and roadmaps with Senior and C-Level Executives, experience developing industry standard algorithms applicable to analyzing current business service behavior through telemetry
• Experience developing standards in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service expectations
• Experience working in an agile organization developing highly integrated and high-volume solutions, experience using telemetry to understand throughput, limitations and constraints in a service, experience in defining cost per transaction or per user based on service configuration
