Master s degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Usability Engineering or Cognitive Experimental Psychology from a reputed university is desired.Required Experience:8+ years of Software industry experience.Required Skills/Competencies:8+ years of experience in Usability, UX of multiple product software and product developmentStrong experience with wireframing and graphic design tools Ability to develop design concepts integrating technical and aesthetic considerationsStrong understanding of formal methods to assess and improve usability and error prevention mechanisms, IEC and FDA Usability Standards such as IEC 62366 and FDA Guidance on Usability for medical devicesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and thoroughnessDemonstrated ability to complete complex technical tasks on time, with high-quality documentationAble to participate in late evening and/or early morning callsStrong work ethic and initiative in accomplishing objectives, and delivering in ambiguous environments.Preferred Skills/Competencies:Experience in conducting Usability tests in simulated conditions and providing recommendationsExperience with preparing Usability documents for regulatory submission,
