• We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about creating world class engineering solutions in the SAP Data service and analytics team in Redmond WA.

As a Senior software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the following

• Partner with Product managers, business stake holders and users to understand user pain points deeply.
• Work with your team and other engineering teams to design and build innovative solutions that delight your customers.
• Build, develop and grow a healthy, diverse, world class engineering team.
• Mentor & coach engineers and be a great role model for them.
• Anticipate, identify, assess, track and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Drive thought leadership and enable the implementation of world class Supply Chain services.
• Work closely with partner teams to help simplify and manage the architecture landscape.
• Strive for excellence in everything you do: culture, collaboration, process, tools, design, engineering practices, customer experience, performance, security etc.

• 15+ years of hands on experience in SAP BW Implementation experience on large scale projects for enterprise businesses.
• 3+ years of hands on experience in SAP BODS leveraging technology such as SDI, SDA, SLT, BPC as well as big data technology and A.I.
• Deep understanding of SAP and Microsoft integration technologies (Azure, etc)
• Deep understanding of software lifecycle methodology and information systems development and support with deep live-site and problem-solving experience
• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Experience in various BI initiatives which include ETL, SAP BW Extraction, SLT, AOE and Power BI reports.
• Proven expertise in SAP BODS, SAP BW & HANA Studio Architecture/Design and Data Modeling.
• Experience in HANA SQL and HANA Calculation Views and Analytical Views.
• Support project initiatives within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), various Data Marts, Master Data Management and BI Reporting.
• Experience in data analysis, data quality, and design for quality engineering across various databases and methodologies specific to Business Intelligence.
• Provide input and oversight on development design decisions, best practices, and processes to a team of BI Developers.
• Ability to multi-task various projects and tasks with tight deliverables while keeping informed of existing and evolving development best practice, industry standards and technologies.
• Design and develop secure, maintainable, accessible, and scalable enterprise systems
• Design and develop large scale data integration services and solutions
• Leveraging data and telemetry to make decisions and driving feedback into systems design and implementation.
