    Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Software QA Analyst Epiq Company/Division: Epiq MassTortType: FulltimeShift Time: Swing Shift (2:00 PM 11:00 PM)Location: Hyderabad, IndiaReports To: Product Delivery ManagerPosition OverviewThe Senior Software QA Analyst provides and ensures the overall assurance on the quality of product by implementing and adhering to the best practices in automation and manual testing processes.Job ResponsibilitiesWrite functional test cases for new enhancements and subsequently automate themEnsure overall application test coverageUnderstand requirements and provide estimationsWork closely with software engineers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts to triage reported software issuesIdentify and automate test cases to improve the automation coverageEnsure failed automation test cases are promptly corrected/addressedAnalyze application logs and investigate root cause for reported issuesBuild database queries to investigate data related issuesExecute both automation and manual test cases and record test outcomesKeep repositories and test practices updated with the latest industry developmentsDesign and develop automation testing strategies and build automated testing frameworksQualifications and Skills5-8 years of experience in QAA minimum of 2-3 years experience working on Selenium with C#Understanding of SDLC and STLCShould have basic to advanced SQL skills (mandatory)Should have used any of the following Frameworks: SpecFlow, TestNG, Data Driven, Keyword driven related FrameworksStrong functional testing knowledge and conceptsFamiliar with Database access using tools to review test resultsExperience in preparing detailed test cases, executing them and reporting defectsShould have experience working in Agile-Scrum processKnowledge on tools such as Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), MTM (Microsoft Test Manager), Jenkins or similar, preferredExperience working with GitExperience on API testing is not mandatory, but good to haveExperience on Performance testing is a plusGood communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work separate issues in a fast paced & dynamic company environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction or as part of a teamHigh energy, proactive and approachable personality who enjoys solving a diverse set of problemsProven problem-solving abilities and creative thinkingHave an attention to detailA bachelors degree in Computer Science or related engineering streamsFlexibility to work in shifts,
