Job Description

    A Senior Product Support Specialist is a member of the Ryan Product Training and Support team who is an expert and advocates in our Property Tax software, a platform used by the practice. They provide internal application guidance, support, and enforce policies to maintain data integrity. This position requires a self-starter and creative problem solver. They are expected to mentor and assist Product Support Specialists and keep an eye on project timelines within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a strong technology backgroundDuties and responsibilities:People:
    • Be an expert, proponent, and advocate of our Property Tax software.
    • Always provide user support, including the possibility of required assistance outside normal work hours.
    • Assists with enforcing Policies and Procedures.
    • Serves as the Practice Representative for the development team, including collecting and documenting details and specifics required to complete new features and enhancements.
    • Demonstrate Ryans core values by creating a positive and accountable work environment.
    • Attends and participates in all scheduled conference calls and training sessions.
