Perform Informative analysis to derive the P1 / P2 trends in AMS and drive the RCA / CAPA to prevent future occurrences across AMS Collaborate with enabling teams and Operations to improve the RCA completion timelines, seek support from Service Operations as needed. Setup governance model to review, validate and implement Opportunities. Prioritize the opportunities in consultation with Operations and drive them through Suppliers Identify and define new process improvement opportunities. Drive multiple problem management initiatives to improve stability and quality of service Design reports that makes the Insights available. Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley Act ) Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service/Solution Assurance scope. Work towards identification and mitigation of riskMinimum requirements 12 15 years + of IT experience with minimum 5 years Problem Management experience 5 years + proven management experience within a matrix organization Strong experience in driving CSI, Data Analysis and Data Mining Strong ability to convert Data into Insights Strong CSI mindset, Analytical skills and Problem solving aptitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Having flair for implementing / introducing technology to drive process efficiencies.
