Job Description

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide operational management for respective function and support the function leads as well as the managers on the operational topics day to day. Support and plan key initiatives for the function. Responsible for operational management for assigned function or unit Plan and support in building Service Catalog of function or unit. Drive service excellence and continuous improvement within the framework defined by IT Excellence. Coordinate and support functions Communication, Training and Change Management. Support the function s managers and experts to focus on the overall priorities for the business, to maximize customer satisfaction Support definition of the NBS IT strategy for the function s relevant scope and be accountable for ensuring the strategy is tracked, benchmarked and updated for the area owned Proactively identify opportunities to increase service levels and mitigate any issues in service delivery within the function or across functions Maintain Service and Project Portfolio of function or unit. Prepare function meetings and coordinate function initiatives and events Point of escalation in function for support functions Finance and Procurement Take responsibility for overall productivity efforts within the function, including coordination of function specific tasks and close collaboration with Finance Coordinate and monitor IT process implementation within the function Take responsibility for functions internal communications and related change management - Support information governance activities within the function Coordinate overall objective setting preparation and facilitate process in order to achieve consistent objective setting in function Job Description Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Excellence scope Additional accountabilities (optional)) Position management and GJFA review support Coordination support for CSI across all services in ITX and beyond. Budgeting process execution with underneath IT functions and ensure to meet deadline. On Time Project Portfolio, Budgeting Communication. Track and report on key internal external of function and maintain updated database. Drive and implement relevant service improvements in liaise with performance management. Maintain relevant vendor contract and timely renewals. Responsible to monitor and measure the execution of talent execution for function. Change champion for the function to ensure adequate information is provided to all associates on a timely basis and organize team building events to foster high performing team environment.

Minimum requirements

Degree in Information or Computer Science or Equivalent. Business fluent in English (written and spoken) Other languages are an advantage 8+ years of experience in IT operations management. 6+ years of management experience. Experience in dealing with cross IT functional stakeholders
