The ServiceNow for HR Business Analysts / Consultant role will involve liaising with HR busi-ness stakeholders and IT CoE ServiceNow to define our business user and functional requirements, gather data needed for system configuration, map HR processes, align with compliance needs, facilitate User Group forums throughout the system development lifecycle. Additionally, you may act as the User Test Manager supporting the planning, preparation, performance and reporting of user testing.Work with HR stakeholders and the platform User Groups to understand business strategy and priorities for the platform Demonstrate capabilities of ServiceNow and brief potential new User Groups on in-ternal design rules and guidelines Assist ServiceNow System Lead in pre-implementation support activities especially on analysis phase Assist User Groups in defining requirements and suggest ideas Document user requirements into a User Requirement Statement (URS) Guide and support User Groups in gathering of data needed to configure the system Work with IT Solution Design Expert / Business Process Expert to create, design and screen mock ups Review and provide feedback on the final solution design document (SDD) Act as the bridge between HR User Groups and IT to clarify requirements with the development team and others (Solution Design Expert, Developers, Testers) Act as an advocate for the ServiceNow platform, driving adoptionMinimum requirements Bachelor/s degree or equivalent experience Fluent English, other languages are a plus Knowledge and experience of service management / delivery technology/ tools (i.e. ServiceNow, Ticketing, Telephony, Chat platforms) Experience with HR cloud-based solutions, preferably ServiceNow Ideally 1 to 3 years systems, data & knowledge management experience working in role within a HR Shared Services / Customer Service Delivery environment within an international environment with experience of analyzing business requirements. General understanding and experience of HR business processes Experience with SAP HR or other ERP HR systems 1 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a HR context Experience working in an agile environment, e.g. SCRUM ,
