Team works on DFT architecture, DFT implementation, DFX validation and Silicon bring up. As DFT/DFX Validation lead you will be responsible for design and architecture of HVM (high Volume Manufacturing ) test strategy, test plan creation , test development, functional validation of SOC/IPs and Test power validation. You will also be responsible for post Silicon bring up support and debug.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Identifying, mapping architectural and micro-architectural features to Verification tests SOC validation of test features - functional validation /pre-Silicon verification and power modelling SOC power up sequence development and validation (HVM reset development) Test plan creation, test development, Post Silicon bring up supportExperience/Expertise: 8+ years of pre Silicon verification experience at SOC or IP level SOC level Pre-Silicon verification knowledge - Strong knowledge on SV, UVM based verification flows Functional, Toggle coverage analysis and improvements Knowledge on power modelling, power verification Knowledge on Firmware and CPU power up flow is an added advantage Strong problem solving, debugging, multi-tasking, and brainstorming skills Ability to collaborate, be inclusive, and influence across a diverse cross-organizational team Strong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbalQualificationsBE or MS in electronics/Computers/Electrical with 8+ years experienceInside this Business GroupEmployees of the Internet of Things Solutions Group (IOTG) have an exciting opportunity before them: To grow Intels leadership position in the rapidly evolving IoT market by delivering the best silicon, software and services that meet a wide range of customer requirements - from Intel Xeon to Intel Quark .
