Job summaryWant to be part of new team being setup with Amazon Pay Want to own Tier 1 use case handling payments of 40% of A.in customers We are setting up a new team to own Pay on Delivery charter within Amazon Pay. We will handle the customer experience of Pay on Delivery on Detail Pages and Checkout Pages.You will be responsible for build rewarding and enriching experience for our customers. You have to build POD engine handling millions of requests within low latency. You will have opportunities to deal with customer personal data and thus have to build solutions keeping in mind data security.If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, know how to deliver, are innovative, and long for the opportunity to build solutions to challenging problems then we want you as a Software Development Engineer for Amazons Pay on Delivery team.You get to build solutions in Native AWS and work on the latest AWS technologies including: API Gateways, Step functions, Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Cloud trail, etc., 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. Experience with large scale distributed systems Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on. Prior experience with agile methodologies and a fast-paced environment.
