Job Description

Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Masters degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Information Technology a plus. Preferred Skills & Experience - please include specifics:15+ years of experience in IT industry10 years of experience in ETL(Abinitio, Informatica), Oracle, SQL Server10 years of experience in Java/Spark, HadoopGood experience in developing ETL ProcessesDrive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process.Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions Has strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities Promote and participate in the continuous improvement of structure, processes, tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.Support efforts to code, design, and testing in a heterogeneous technology environment e.g. Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, PLSQL, SQL ServerIdentify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation.Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression capabilities.Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principlesExperience with Unit Test-Driven Development and Acceptance Test-Driven DevelopmentExperience with Continuous IntegrationExcellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.,
