  • Lead and technically mentor a team of 5-10 managers responsible to build automation solutions at an enterprise level
  • Work on defining solution strategy and implementing using a product based mid-set using re-usability
  • Build employee growth and transformational strategy to align to our future state and execute on that strategy including upgrading, re-organizing and recruiting key talent as required
  • Transform existing engineering teams into an effective and efficient global model to increase quality and achieve an inspiring alignment to organizational goals
  • Work with portfolio senior leadership team to develop and execute on our product modernization agenda which includes cloud migrations, refactoring to micro services, and data externalization
  • Take ownership of identifying and/or executing on strategic initiatives and improvement opportunities
  • Drive rigorous and highly agile automation delivery and continue improvement across multiple, complex business processes
  • Establish world-class standards and technical operations to deliver consistent, high-quality automations across dispersed, global team
  • Implement internal engineering management strategies in both development and quality to achieve world-class productivity and cost efficiency
  • Engage with line of business partners to ensure that automation delivery aligns with customer value creation
  • Be a leader in an automation team building automation solutions using RPA, NLP, AI/ML
Required Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate
  • Experience in developing or supporting enterprise applications in the global IT space
  • Experience in software engineering management position such as Senior Manager/Director Software Engineering
  • Strong track record of leading organizational improvements with high engagement of employees
  • Proven history of recruiting and retaining global IT talent to build high-performance engineering teams
  • History of building and maintaining relationships with global IT customers and partners
  • Led a large team of software engineers wherein you were responsible for goal setting, performance measurement, and hiring/firing decisions (direct reporting lines)
  • Proven ability to use metrics as a key driver in your decision-making processes
