Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a software solutions business leader, you will be responsible to engage existing and develop new utility clients, understand their business challenges, requirements and then conceptualize solution, prepare business case to create a compelling winning solution to address client s needs
  • Develop overall business plan and execution of short-term and long-term strategies to achieve the financial goals and targets
  • Formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals
  • Work closely with other vertical heads to create automated cross-functional solutions that help them deliver faster with higher quality
  • Provide program leadership by understanding client s requirements, delivery expectations to define strategy for effective execution and operational excellence
  • Identify and mitigate potential gaps in client engagement to gain the new or repetitive business
  • Implement system integration of IT/OT, OMS, DMS, SCADA, EAM , AMI, Mobile with Esri based GIS technologies
  • Manage teams on large-scale projects, team of efficient delivery managers including operation managers, project managers and engineers
  • Provide technical direction to Software development/Testing teams
  • Lease new sales closures working with sales organization and prospects

Leadership and behavioral competencies:

  • Ability to translate vision into reality through focused tactical plans and effective implementation
  • Should have strong presentation and communication skills
  • Must have high awareness of the industry and services
  • Ability to interface effectively at multiple levels across different businesses

Experience and qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree from premium institute
  • 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience of heading big utility software projects
  • Thorough knowledge on Esri/ArcFM technologies from utility projects implementation point of view
  • Should have Blend of Telecom Engineering and technology/IT solutions expertise

Preferred qualifications and certifications:

  • Engineering graduate from a premier University/College
  • Must be proficient in Esri / ArcFM technologies
  • Certifications like TOGAF, PMP, PRINCE2 and Six Sigma would be added advantage
