• Builds and maintains executive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Responsible for translating the client s business requirements and constraints into Solution Architectures for large and complex technology solutions.
• Exercises Technical Governance and leads the adoption and deployment of Microsoft technologies, products, and services.
• Acts as the Voice of the Customer to shape Microsoft s technologies, products, and services.
• Becomes a trusted advisor to the customer

Architecture Design and Deployment

• Builds and presents the value proposition for the design and implementation of Solution Architectures that comply with Customer and Microsoft strategy.
• Works with the Account/Bid Team and Delivery Team and drives the Technical Governance of the design, build and deployment of Business Solutions based primarily on Microsoft s technologies, products, and services.
• Identifies and resolves technical blockers and issues to accelerate Solution Architecture implementations; escalates when needed.
• Uses Technical Quality Management to identify and resolve risks and issues by defining and executing mitigation and contingency plans.

Practice Development

• Connects gaps and patterns across business and technology areas and drive changes and improvements to existing Intellectual Property, tools, and processes.
• Leads virtual teams around technologies and customer challenges by sharing ideas, insights, and technical input with field communities across Microsoft.
• Engages in mentor/mentee relationships to improve both Customer Facing and Solution Architecture skills.

, The focus of the Modern Work Solution Architect role is to drive Digital Transformation solutions with customers and should have the following expertise:

• Proven experience in Presales including creating and proposing solutions to customers.
• Architecture and Design experience on Large Complex Enterprise Modern Work solutions using prescribed Software Architecture methods, processes, and tools such as DevOps and Agile/SCRUM
• Experience in Customer Stakeholder management and Excellent Communication skills
• Demonstrated Technical leadership in driving Digital Transformation solutions for enterprise customers
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies, architectural and design patterns
• Experience in one or more of the following focus areas:
  • Solution Architecture & design using existing cloud-based capabilities in M365 & Azure and building custom solutions on various workloads (Teams, SharePoint Online, MS Graph, Client Frameworks, Azure development & DevOps etc.)
  • Microsoft Office 365 Onboarding, Configuration and Migrations (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams Voice, Identity management using Active Directory etc.)
  • Microsoft Office 365 Security & Compliance (Conditional access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft Defender Advance Threat Protection, Azure Advance Threat Protection, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention etc.)
  • M365 Modern Device Management (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Configuration Manager, Azure Windows Virtual Desktop, Mobile device management, Application compatibility and deployment etc.)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in a Consulting Services organization, pre-sales support on large deals, Architecture and design of complex solutions, solution envisioning, planning, development, deployment etc. on large complex engagements
• Technical and Professional Certifications in domain (M365, Azure, Security etc.)
• Fluency in English language (verbal and written) is a must
