Job Description

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Domain Expert Spanish Language Interpreter and Translator, you are responsible to provide translation and interpretation support with high degree of customer happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

  • Translation and Interpretation of technical restoration actions and plans via email, messaging, updating
  • Technical and Functional management if necessary, along with business impact to be quantified and documented for reporting purposes
  • Act as the central communication point for interpretation and translation
  • Understand and clearly communicate the business impact of Spanish Language projects

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Spanish Language with interpretation and translation
  • Proven ability in convert Spanish to English or English to Spanish to provide precise, sensible translations of both languages that are as close as possible to the speaker s actual word arrangement.
  • In-depth understanding of IT Infrastructure domain
  • Proficient in listening, verbal, and written Spanish communication skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL)
  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
