Job Description

Assisting customers for site visits for technical queries

Checking up mails set up the priorities and highlighting seniors in replying the mails

Client Interaction regarding Modification works

Co-ordination with concerned departments and give clearance for the payment received against modification and inform the same to senior.

Preparation of modified drawing and issue the same to site with respective authorities sign

Conduct site visits on schedule, to ensure work on site is progressing as per design details

Customer complaint register and all documents relevent to handing over and customer service should be properly documented

Involved in Flat Takeover from the technical team and flat Handover to the customers

Maintenance of ISO related Files.

Skills Required:
