Sr. Relationship Manager 3 to 5 Years Sr. Relationship Manager Job | eYantra India Job Details Sr. Relationship Manager Education MBA with a specialization in Marketing or HR Location : Hyderabad Job Summary: The Sr. Relationship Manager will need to build, manage nurture the relationship with eYantras Key Customer Accounts through end to end management of a variety of employee R R/ Customer, Channel Partner loyalty programs. She/ he should have experience in the loyalty/ rewards industry and a good understanding of the dynamics of employee rewards customer loyalty. Key Result Areas:

  • Managing a portfolio of Corporate Clients Relationships with Sr. Management
  • Account mining through Basket Selling Cross Selling
  • Understanding customer requirements identifying opportunities for new programs
  • Putting in place processes and procedures to ensure that major accounts are handled in the most effective way.
  • Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (Supply Chain/ Technology etc.) to ensure 2X value is delivered to the client
  • P L responsibility and complete ownership for the Customer Accounts Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Preferably an MBA ( Any Specialization)
    • Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship Management
    • Strong understanding of the Rewards Recognition, Loyalty business
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
