Do it here.What you ll be doing.The work you ll be doing will support Chatbot applications that allow our customers to manage their accounts through conversational self-service, Work on enhancing the ChatBot and Agent Assistant spaces. When these applications are working well, they are an important part of the overall customer experience. You ll lead projects, code, and develop the APIs and SDKs to integrate all that we do with our internal and external clients. You will collaborate with various internal teams on new technologies to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.

  • Leading multiple projects using on-site and off-shore resources to maintain and develop applications for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases.
  • Driving the ChatBot , Agent Assist (Chat & Voice) programs with employee and GDM team members with analysis of metrics and keen knowledge of the KPIs involved.
  • Responsible for enhancing the Agent Assist flows by looking at Augmentation/Take rate.
  • Identifying and aligning project requirements and conducting impact analyses.
  • Working closely with the business team, 3rd party vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Performing engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, and development of computer hardware, firmware, embedded systems, and/or operating systems.
  • Leading the modules from design to development for both enterprise releases and smaller maintenance releases for chatbot space for Agents.
  • Working closely with the business team, 3rd party vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Performing hands-on coding work on projects toadd/edit chatbot flows, introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhancing the existing ones as per code quality standards.
  • Learning other technologies involved as part of the project development.
  • Supporting the conversational space in Verizon on Chatbot.
  • Owning programs that are Customer & Agent and you would be owning the delivery from inception till production monitoring and driving incremental value with enhancements.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of relevant work experience on the Chatbot/LiveChat domain.
  • Four or more years of experience with J2EE and Java technologies, Spring boot or Spring React, and server backend with API development.
  • Four or more years of working experience with OOP, SOA, modular code development, micro services, design pattern, multi-threading.
  • Four or more years of experience with JUnit/TestNG, Maven, Oracle, UNIX.
  • Four or more years of experience in enterprise-class software development and agile methodology.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Knowledge on Google CCAI, Voice bots.
  • Knowledge on Live Chat and Agent domain experience.
  • Knowledge on UI scripting technologies - ReactJS or Angular JS or Node JS
  • Experience with Devops frameworks like - Jenkins. Ansible, AWS, EKS, Docker.
